Nebraska will only see a partial eclipse of the Sun on April 8, 2024. The most coverage of the disk of the Sun by the Moon will be in the southeastern corner of the state at around 87%. The lowest amount will be in the state’s northwestern part at 67%.

The next total eclipse of the Sun for Nebraska will be on May 3, 2106, in the state’s upper-left corner. (See map below.)
